                      “Chinese Dance Presentation” 

CAAN is presenting Chinese dance at the ArtFest arts and cultural festival, sponsored by Willow Oak Center For Arts and Learning in Springfield.

CAAN is presenting “Silk Fan Dance,” “An Indigenous Dance of Taiwan,” “ Taichi Sword 42Forms,” and “New Long Silk Dance.”

Choreographer is Jen-Jen Lin:

Dancers are Anne Oppenheimer, Keri Friedman, Ainay Delahanty, Julie Buzzell, Lynn Sherman, Huiyen Lo, Fang Yu, Lucy Wang, Annibelle Chatman, and Jen-Jen Lin.

“AAPI Heritage Month in May '' project is supported by the TN Arts Commission, the Community Foundation, Metro Nashville Arts Commission, and the public.  We also appreciate CAAN’s project partner, Willow Oak Center For Arts & Learning, for us to have this opportunity to present Chinese dances during AAPI Heritage Month in May.
