Free Demonstrations and Workshops provided by local TaiChi/QiGong Instructors.
TaiChi is a low-impact exercise that was from Chinese martial arts. It strengthens and balances our mind and body, and has been practiced for health purposes in the US as well as in Asia.
On the last Saturday of April annually, people from all over the world celebrate TaiChi from 10 AM to Noon.
