TaiChi class at the Sevier Park on Tuesdays from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM is added to our regular Wed 10-11 AM class. Tuesday class focuses on TaiChi Forms.
The regular TaiChi at Sevier Park on Wednesdays from 10 AM to 11 AM remains the same. We will focus on the TaiChi basics, breathing exercise, steps and stances.
Both classes are drop in program at the Sevier Park, no registration is required.
TaiChi, a low impact exercise, etrengthens our balance physically and mentally.
All ages are welcome. (Open Levels)
