Please join us in person as we celebrate

the Chinese New Year of the Tiger on 2/5/22 from 11:30 AM – 3 PM at Vanderbilt University’s Corner Park between 21st Avenue South, and Blakemore Avenue.

Free event, open to the public. The event is designed for everyone to enjoy. We miss seeing everyone in person last year, we are roaring into a Chinese New Year of the Tiger.

We have prepared a one-hour live-performance that includes dancing, singing, drumming and professional musicians including Bob Tigert, Julia Tong, Clifford Koufman, and Nashville Ukulele Society.  We also invite professional jugglers, Playing by Air, and CAAN's lion dancers, dragon dancers, and Chinese dancers to show up for the celebration. Nashville Ballet’s Education department will bring “Story Time,” and Frist Art Museum will offer art making information to the celebration.

Before the performance, we prepare Arts/Crafts, Chinese Naming, Face Painting, Chinese yo-yo workshop stations; Ensworth’s Tiger mascot will also come to cheer for the celebration.

Free Registration here. ONE CLICK from you allows us to well prepare for your attendance; and also will update the Chinese New Year Celebration information that you don’t want to miss.

This is a FREE event; however, we THANK YOU for donations of any size to assist us to cover the cost of the productions.

Our HOPE is we will be as powerful as a tiger, and everybody stays healthy and happy.

Happy Chinese New Year of the Tiger.
