-How do I pick up my food at the Lucky Bamboo?
You do not need to get out of your car, just let us know your names, we will put your dinner at your trunk or back seats for you.
If you choose to eat at the restaurant, park your car; and then pick up your dinner package before entering the restaurant to enjoy your dinner.
-Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Yes. Please do email us whom you transfer to by Friday,12/31/2021. If the person transferred is not on our list by 12/31/2022, we won’t allow her/him to pick up the dinner.
-What is the refund policy?
No, no refund policy.
-What time should I be lining up at the driving through line at the restaurant?
The pick-up driving line will be open from 6 PM to 6:30 PM on 1/3/22. Please be on-time. The sooner you pick up the warm dinner package, the sooner you will enjoy the dinner.
