-Or Make a check payable to Metro Parks at the bottom left of the check, write "TaiChi" at "for" blank.           

And mail the check to Metro Parks Dance Division, PO Box 195340, Nashville, Tn 37219-6340                

Before mailing the check make a screenshot of the check and email the image of the check to  ChineseArtsAlliance@gmail.com , then the Zoom link will be sent to yo.           

TAI CHI - ONLINE

Tai Chi moves slowly and gently with a calm mind, sometimes called meditation in motion. It applies the theory of yin and yang and strives the balance the body and mind. Learn basic breathing, stances, walking and beginning level Tai Chi low-impact exercise.            

Tuesdays, 5-6 pm (Open Level) 9 sessions $27

Wednesdays, 10-11 am (Open Level) 8 sessions $24

Thursdays, 12-1 pm (Beginning Level)  7 sessions $21                

Drop-in: $4

TaiChi is a low Impact exercise with high health benefits, especially during COVID.

(1) Instruction on the Metro Nashville Parks & Recreations online registration system:

-Click “Create Account.” If you already have an account, then log in.

-Click search activity “Tai Chi.” Not TaiChi. Then, it will say “show 4 sessions available.” Click that.

-Then this class schedule will show up. Click the class “Sign Up!” you would like to take.

Once you register, the links will be there, click the correct link for the classes that you are taking.

Please allow yourself at least 10 minutes to register if this is your first time to use the Metro Nashville Parks’ online registration system. If you need assistance, contact us. Plan early.
