TAICHI FOR BEGINNERS

This is a friendly environment to learn and practice TaiChi. All levels are welcome. 

TaiChi is a low impact exercise that derives from Chinese martial arts.  It is based on Ying and Yang theories and move gently and slowly to cultivate our vital energy and pursue mind and body balance.  TaiChi enhances physical and mental strength and blance.

Sevier Park Community Center is located at 3021 Lealand Ln, Nashville. We presently is learning and practicing Eight Brodcades, TaiChi Yang 8 Forms, and other stepping, breathing and basic elements of TaiChi.

Instructor is Jen-Jen Lin
